As the former Head of HR at KPMG and CEO of SHL Central Asia, Raushan specialises in bringing data-driven management consulting to venture-backed startups. She leads the scientific application of GrowthLens’s assessment tools, helping founders replace guesswork with data to de-risk hiring and align leadership teams for their next funding round.

Daulet builds the systems that let startups scale. With a background spanning insurtech and proptech, he knows the pressure of the "zero-to-one" phase firsthand—having launched a digital insurance venture that generated $10M in its first year. He moved to the UK in 2022 to continue building AI-powered solutions for legacy industries. Daulet helps GrowthLens clients move beyond "hustle" to build resilient, data-driven organisations that are ready for their next stage of growth.
