You are being invited to complete a competency assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to:
- Evaluate your competencies in relation to a specific role or company’s goal
- Support recruitment, development, or benchmarking decisions
- Provide insight into your strengths and areas for growth

We will collect the following types of personal data:
- Name, email address and contact information
- Your responses to assessment questions
- Results and interpretive scores
- Device/IP information (if applicable)
We are collecting and processing your personal data based on your explicit consent and оur contractual obligation as part of a recruitment or development process
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by informing us via email.

Your personal data and assessment results may be shared with:
- The HR or hiring team
- External consultants or coaches (if applicable)
The provider of the assessment platform (under strict confidentiality)

If any data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), it will be protected using:
- EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses
- Or covered by an adequacy decision by the European Commission

Your data will be retained for no longer than 12 months, after which it will be anonymized and used for statistical and research purposes unless otherwise is required by law.

- Correct or update your information
- Withdraw consent at any time and demand deletion of your data from DealLens database
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
